La sesión se compone de 4 partes,
1º- Calentamiento – 5 minutos – Progresión 138 a 140 bpm.
2º- Ejercicio – 43 minutos – Progresión 140 a 155 bpm.
3º- Ejercicio+ – 7 minutos – Progresión 155 a 160 bpm.
4º- Relax+ – 9 minutos.
